On August 12, 2024,the 2nd quarter of 2024 Outstanding Employee Awards and Digitalization Training was held in the cinema of Crystal Island. He also highlighted the critical role of digital transformation in boosting the company’s core competitiveness and encouraged employees to actively acquire digital skills to support the company's digital evolution.
