2024年8月12日下午，2024年第二季度优秀员工表彰暨企业数字化提升大会在水晶岛科技楼二楼电影院举行。此次大会是对过去一个季度表现优秀员工的认可与嘉奖，也是公司全面贯彻“打造一个具有现代管理水平的科技型企业”的落实，推动数字化培训，提升员工数字化能力，助力企业数字化迈向高质量发展。
会上，公司表彰了第二季度绩效考核中荣获“A级员工”与“S级员工”称号的优秀员工，为他们颁发了获奖证书。这是公司对他们个人努力工作的认可，也激励着全体同仁以他们为榜样，继续在各自的岗位上深耕细作，共同推动企业发展。
随后，董事长何志铿先生对公司发展现状进行了总结与展望讲话。何董表示，面对日益激烈的市场竞争和快速变化的市场环境，公司必须明确六大战略方向：深耕业务订单、加速子公司转型、部署海外K3系统和HubSpot系统的上线使用、数字化工厂全自动化落地、强化产品质量保障和深化PDCA管理循环。何董深刻指出，要以结果为导向，不断追求卓越，同时鼓励全体员工勇于担当，直面挑战，共同营造积极向上、风清气正的工作氛围。同时，何董高度重视企业数字化转型，指出这是提升公司核心竞争力的关键所在，希望全体员工积极学习数字化知识，拥抱变化，为公司的数字化转型贡献自己的力量。
值得一提的是，公司特别邀请了佛山美云智数总经理孟凡高先生，为大家带来了主题为“全价值链效率数字化卓越运营”的精彩分享。他以深入浅出的方式，阐述了企业数字化运营管理框架、企业治理体系、业务协同专题、数字化能力建设以及数据文化建设等核心内容，为水晶岛的数字化转型提供了宝贵的见解与指导。
接下来，公司将组织系列数字化课程培训，全面提升员工的数字化思维与技能。在董事长何志铿先生与董事副总经理谭树根先生等公司高层的正确领导下，水晶岛全体同仁将齐心协力，紧跟公司数字化转型的步伐，共同推动公司整体的数字化水平。
